A New Zealand citizen based in Fiji, David has extensive experience in investment banking, financial risk management, public enterprise reform and general management. He holds a BA (First Class Honours) in Economics from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand and is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, having completed the Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment. He is also a Member of the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) and is certified with the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designation.
David is currently the Group Chief Financial Officer, Head of Treasury and Head of Risk for Kontiki’s sister company, Kontiki Finance. He was previously a manager, corporate advisory, at Macquarie in New Zealand. Prior to that, David managed the Department of Public Enterprises in Fiji, where he oversaw the development and implementation of Fiji’s public enterprise reform programme. He also has extensive experience as a business and economic analyst, having previously filled this role at Telecom New Zealand, New Zealand Treasury and Shell Oil (NZ). David is licensed by the RBF as an Investment Adviser and Broker Dealer Representative.

A Fiji citizen, Griffon completed a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland, New Zealand majoring in Accounting, Economics and Taxation Law, and the Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the CFA Institute.
Before joining Kontiki Capital, Griffon was the Manager Public Awareness & Investor Education at the Capital Markets Development Authority (CMDA). Prior to this, he was Principal Economic Planning Officer at the Ministry of Finance where he served with the Economic Policy Analysis Unit and the Financial Management Reform Project. He is also a former Senior Economic Planning Officer at the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, Trade & Public Enterprises. Griffon is licensed by the RBF as an Investment Adviser Representative.

Jignesh joined Kontiki after completing a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Accounting, from the Central Queensland University (Suva Campus). While studying at CQU, he was employed part-time at Kontiki as an Associate. Thereafter he joined the investment division as an analyst, progressing to managing the division, before moving to Kontiki’s sister company, Kontiki Finance, as Manager Business Intelligence. Following a stint with the Green Climate Fund in South Korea as Finance Officer – Private Sector Ops & Policy, Jignesh re-joined Kontiki Finance where he is Head of Business Intelligence.
Jignesh is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, having completed the Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment. He also completed a Master of Commerce degree at the University of Sydney, Australia. He is licensed as an Investment Advisor Representative by the RBF.

The co-founder of the Kontiki Group, Jack is an Australian citizen, based in Sydney. He was most recently the Joint Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director of Morphic Asset Management, a global fund manager based in Australia which he co-founded. He was previously the Deputy Chief Investment Officer of Australia’s largest ethical fund manager, Hunter Hall. Jack serves on a number of public company boards. He started investment banking over a decade ago after a long career in financial journalism for Euromoney Publications.
Jack was educated at St Edmund Hall, Oxford in the UK, where he studied economics, politics and philosophy and was awarded an MA (Oxon). He is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School in the US having completed the three-year Owner President Management (OPM) course. Jack is currently licensed by the Australian Securities and Investment Commission as an authorised representative as well as by the RBF as an Investment Adviser and Broker Dealer Representative.

Misau joined Kontiki as an Associate in 2011 before moving to a full-time role as Analyst, covering Group accounting and administration. She is currently the Manager Corporate Advisory overseeing the Corporate Finance Department.
Misau graduated from the University of the South Pacific with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Management & Public Administration and Industrial Relations. She is currently pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment.

A Fiji Citizen, Lagi is an experienced Operations Manager who has previously worked for Apple Inc in Sydney Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Public Policy,Law & Governance from Macquarie Univeristy in Sydney.
Lagi joined Kontiki Capital after several years abroad and has since also been licenced by the Reserve Bank of Fiji as a Broker/Dealer Representative for Kontiki Stockbroking.

Adi Vucago began her journey at Kontiki in 2018 as an Associate before transitioning into a full-time Analyst role. In her current position, she handles key responsibilities in group accounting and administration, contributing to the financial oversight and operational efficiency of the organization.
