Investments KGF is allowed to make include
 (i) Private equity opportunities, mainly in Fiji; and
(ii) Other investments with outstanding growth prospects

KGF was listed on the South Pacific Exchange (SPSE) on 16th December 2004 following an Initial Public offer of $3.5m.  KGF is focused on investing in Fiji.  However it may at a later stage consider investments in other Pacific Island countries with strong growth prospects where risks can be reasonable quantified and managed.  KGF is audited annually by Ernst & Young in Fiji.

Kinetic Growth Fund (KGF) recently completed a significant acquisition of three prime commercial properties in Suva’s central business district: Naibati House, Korobasaga House, and Gunu House. These buildings, fully leased and generating positive cash flow, were purchased for a total of $13.3 million from Kelton Investments, owned by Sir James Ah Koy and his family.

The transaction involved $4.4 million in cash and the issuance of 7.3 million KGF shares to Kelton shareholders, making this deal transformative for KGF. The purchase is expected to increase KGF’s net asset value and profitability, providing a solid foundation for future growth. Financing for the cash portion was secured through bank debt with favorable terms.
